07:26 AM ET 10.14 | After sitting out two of the first three exhibitions, including Friday against the Bobcats in Kansas City, Dwyane Wade was back on the court Sunday at practice, but he wasn't the only member of the Heat whose health is top-of-mind. Center Greg Oden said he participated in four-on-four fullcourt work Sunday, as he works his way back from three seasons of inactivity due to knee issues. [Erik Spoelstra] said there was no contact work during Sunday's session, again declining to offer an update on when Oden might return to contact or even take the court in a game. "There won't [be] a new update," Spoelstra said. "I know there's a lot of interest. We'll continue to make steps forward." Oden also stressed patience, saying after practice, "We've got time."

I have no (zero) confidence in this guy. It's been 6 years, and he's still talking patience? Sorry; fresh out.

How many games did Oden ever played on the NBA? 5? smh

Oden's step toward the lineup resulted in another fractured kneecap, effectively ending his season before it ever started. Film at 11.

I've figured out the logic of this seemingly repeated thread. It IS news that Oden went almost 24 hours without another season-ending injury.
