07:40 AM ET 10.14 | Just about any struggling young team could use the hope of a Nick Bjugstad on the horizon. [Bjugstad] was taken off the injured reserve list on Sunday and coach Kevin Dineen said he's being considered to play Tuesday in Nashville. Bjugstad, who suffered a concussion in a prospects game on Sept. 8, is expected to practice with the Panthers on Monday and a decision could be made on his status following that. The Panthers were expected to have the 6-foot-6 Bjugstad start the season in the minor leagues. That could still happen, although the Panthers' offensive concerns could lead Bjugstad back to the Panthers earlier than previously thought. "He will be an option for us on Tuesday night," Dineen said. "We're having that discussion. We're looking for big, strong bodies and he's a guy who fits that mold."

I wonder if he's related to Scott Bjugstad? I know it's a pretty common name but he could be.

Would that help the Panthers, if he was?

I see the Tim Thomas signing has worked out well so far.

Ha! Second game blows a hip for awhile....makes one wonder if he knew that was coming. Why? Cause any athlete that ditches a team that's in contention(who actually went to the finals again, but lost) is a silly athlete.

In a time where money talks, its clear that B.S doesn't walk as he sits a healin.

To be fair I don't know if he is back for good yet so....just sayin.
