02:21 PM ET 10.14 | The undefeated Denver Broncos came into this game against the win-less Jacksonville Jaguars as heavy favorites. The Jaguars didn't buckle and go down easily though. The Jaguars were only the second team this season to hold them to under 40 points. At half-time and midway through the third quarter, the Jaguars were within two points of the Broncos. "Sometimes, you score a lot of points and people take it for granted," Manning said. "Even people in your own building can take it for granted. It's not easy to win football games. I learned a long time ago, don't take winning for granted." Winning their next game will be an even tougher task. The Broncos are traveling to Indianapolis to take on Manning's former team the Colts. It will be an emotionally charged game, but it will be a tough one too. The Colts have done well under Andrew Luck and sit at 4-1 before tonight's game against the San Diego Chargers.

It's hard to take the Jags seriously.

I say the NFL and Vegas got the inside scoop.

obviously

Heck, it looked like the Jags might actually make a game of it for a moment. At that moment I thought my wife might one day bring home Kate Upton for a ****.

That's when reality set back in.

I've read this article a few times. Where does Peyton Manning say that the Broncos took the Jags lightly? That's putting a lot of words in his mouth.

That last ranked "pass defense" made Henne look like a pro bowler

You don't 'take' any team lightly.

The Cowboys gave him a game, now the Jags actualy 'got close' Too Denver's radar QB?

At scoring? even for a short while?

He plays Indy this week ,let's see how that pans out, unless Denver fans expect a 'Undeafeated season'.

No team Has that record,[Other than Miami].That went ahead winning the SB.

The Vikes did the same thing, They got Favre, but just barely , but ,lost in the playoffs.

As everybody knows Peyton's got some serious health issues ,and ifn he keeps pushing his luck?

Is gonna get blind sided by some DE,[sooner or later.]

I'm not hating on Peyton, but all of you have too know ,it can happen.

Think about it. this goes for all QB's in the NFL ,It's just Peyton is betting with his health, after football.

Brett ,Stayed on too long ,this may apply for Peyton too.

This is the norm around here.

Does it really matter that they took the Jags lightly? You could tell the way they played that game they weren't their normal self. I think they came out without any fire and it showed on the filed. Bottom line is that they won the game. The game against Indy will be challenging however if you looked at the way Indy played against the Charges I think it gave the Brocnos a blue print on how to beat the colts. Run the ball, this will set up the pass. All that really matters is a win, hey a win is a win...
