07:20 AM ET 10.18 | Sheldon Richardson can't wait to take another crack at Tom Brady, and, in his enthusiasm, may have landed on the Patriots bulletin board. [Richardson] isn't criticizing the zebras, only stating what has become an exasperating way of life and rule of the jungle for predators, young and old alike: Don't hurt the Pretty Boy. Or else. "That's the way it looks like to me, man, you can't touch him," Richardson said. He recalled the Jets' Week 2 loss in Foxborough. ... "I'm ready for this game," he said. "Ready. I'm ready for this game. Sunday can't come fast enough." Because it's the Patriots? "Yeah. Exactly. Just because it's the Patriots," Richardson said. "I'm ready to go get another shot at these guys, it's Tom Brady. "As a defensive lineman, you look to play certain people, and he happens to be one of 'em."

This guy should look up Anthony Smith (Steelers) and see how after he mouthed off ended up looking stupid in the game.

Excellent reference. Brady let Smith know about it on the field during the game, too.

Another player, like Anthony Smith, who will be remembered for what he said off the field, rather than what he did on the field.

Well, guess I'll be watching this game now. Geno is talking about being an elite QB and now this guy is yapping. The Jets rookies are writing some pretty big checks. Sunday we find out if they can cash them.

Thanks, Sheldon, for letting the officiating crew know whom to pay special attention to.

You'd think that by the time guys like Richardson get to the NFL they've learned not to throw gas on a fire. I guess they didn't teach that at Missouri.

hit any pocket-QB and you will get a flag nowadays. Brady seems like he gets alot of flags, but its not because of the name, but rather that he sits in the pocket, and the NE offense line sucks, so he gets hit more often. Manning seems like he doesnt get the flags, but look at the tape, the denver OL doesnt let any within 3 yards of him to get hit. Some will say the read-option guys do get the flags, but they turn into RBs (with separate hitting rules) when they start running around..

Just read his bio. He had planned on going to Missouri out of high school but did not qualify academically so instead went to College of the Sequoias first. Apparently he is still not too bright.
