03:09 PM ET 10.18 | The Pittsburgh Steelers are preparing for their rivalry game on Sunday afternoon against the Baltimore Ravens as they search for their second win of the season, but they may need to do so without their first-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, Jarvis Jones. Jones was diagnosed with a concussion earlier this week after going to the team's medical staff with concussion-like symptoms. Now, the rookie is danger of missing the rivalry game unless he can get clearance from an independent neurologist in advance of Sunday's meeting. If the Steelers don't have the services of their starting linebacker against the Ravens, then they will turn to Jason Worilds to step up in the starting role.

It's of little consequence.

Are there really any "rivalry" games left in the NFL?

With so much player movement, they don't stay on any 1 team long enough for fans of opposing teams to dislike them.

OK, but if neither team is going anywhere this year , just exactly what are you rivaling for? Seems more like a Joust to me.
