08:25 AM ET 10.19 | Junior wide receiver Phillip Dorsett suffered a partial MCL tear against in Miami's win over North Carolina, coach Al Golden said Friday. "Phillip has got a slight or partial tear of his MCL, which we're all grateful to be honest with you," Golden said. "It did not look good last night. "It's a four- to six-week injury. We're blessed. He's fortunate. We're all very relieved, and obviously, disappointed for the young man. I know he has very worked very hard and he's obviously going to have to go through some adversity. We'll be there for him, but certainly it could have been far worse than that." Dorsett caught a pair of passes for 68 yards in the 27-23 win and is second on the team with 272 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 13 catches.

Yeah this update scrolled across the bottom of the screen about 400 times during the Louisville/CF game last night. We also got to see updates for hockey, quotes from Kobe Bryant, and of course p|mping SEC games that have yet to be played. And they kept showing the score from Thursday's Miami/NC game like it was news. I wish there was a way to turn that annoyance of.

Looking forward to a great day of college football!

NC blew that game Thursday. Taking a delay of game on 3rd and one with was killer. Miami is not top 25. Not far off from there (and young) but definitely not top 10

Yes but you have to admit the games so far this week have been extremely fun to watch for the full 60 minutes!

Rankings are such subjective BS. The one that gets me is S. Carolina. They are not top 10 material. SCar and LSU do not deserve to be ranked above Baylor, UCLA, or Stanford.

Indeed!

But where's the ND-USC thread. I have a lot of trolling bottled up, mods!

Years ago, I remember my sister having a feature on her tv that allowed one to expand the image just a bit so that you wouldn't have to watch the scrolling banner if you didn't want to. I still have an old tv, but I wouldhave thought most newer tvs would have that feature now?

Hey that's a great idea. I can use the zoom to shove it off the bottom of the screen. Thanks Joe!

Got anything objective to back that up? Serious question, I'm curious.
