07:36 AM ET 10.25 | Soon, the production will begin and Maple Leafs coach Randy Carlyle will have to deal with the invasion of his team's privacy -- HBO is coming. "I'm just dying for this to happen," said Carlyle, his voice dripping with irony. [Bruce Boudreau], formerly coach of the Washington Capitals, became a bit of a cause celebre for his profane language when the HBO crew filmed the Caps dressing room for the 2011 Winter Classic. So as he prepares for his closeup, Carlyle says he'll watch his language. "In the environment that's created within the room, I hope that I have enough patience and enough wherewithal when those times come to not embarrass myself," said Carlyle. HBO will show its series on four consecutive Saturday nights in the U.S. starting on Dec. 14.

Bruce only used the "F" word (not face-off) between syllables. And, who really cares?

October 25, 2013  09:34 AM ET

Following Bruce, Handy Randy has big pants to fill.

to be serious for a mement...this is why i hate this stuff. Let the coach be the coach and if the fans don't like the way he speaks or whatever....too bad.
What do people think is going on in there...pure and utter codswallop

As long as Randy avoids these 7, he will be alright

Just won't be the same without Burke and Wilson.

Nope. That would have truly been classic.

Joffrey Lupul reads magazine....sustains paper cut requiring 19 stiches.

We're making him live in a preschool from now on. No sharp edges, no R-rated film or television, no rap music.

Just as long as it's not in Alberta. They've got beer fridges in them there.

Just 'strained' not 'pulled'.

Jesus, imagine the damage Lupul would do to himself with those two items?

He's starting to look like Boudreau. Maybe he'll sound like him as well.

Brings me back, getting off at midnight, and a Detroit FM station would be playing him. Being the 70s they got away with it. A fav.

October 25, 2013  12:05 PM ET

Unless he's planning on giving an interview with wing sauce all over his face, I think Randy will be OK.

October 25, 2013  12:24 PM ET

Wot a stupid idea - now times two.

Unlike Kesler, who like Subban, will take any opportunity to embarrass himself.

Not trying to one up or anything, just adding another fool to the list:
A man suffering from a toothache shot himself in the jaw with a gun in an effort to remove the troublesome tooth, Decatur police said.

Officers called to a home in the 2800 block of Locust Street Southeast, DECATUR, Ala, at about 4:15 p.m. Monday arrived to find the man bleeding heavily from his mouth and his brother trying to stop the bleeding with a towel.
