Aggies pick up '09 commitments
Jeff Tarpley of AggieYell.com said that Texas A&M has added two key oral commitments today from Beaumont Westbrook running back Christian Michael and Houston Clear Lake offensive lineman Stephen Barrera. Michael is a big pickup. There are some recruiting experts who rank him as the top running back in the state. If nothing else, he is right there with Madisonville running back Chris Whaley, who committed to Texas last week. Barrera is the third offensive lineman the Aggies have gotten a commitment from in the last three days. A&M also has commitments from Killeen's Rhontae Scales and and Klein Oak's Clint Naron.
