07:26 AM ET 10.28 | Goaltender Pekka Rinne's future, in his own translated words, is unsettled. According to the Finnish magazine, Urheilulehti, [Rinne] is recovering from his hip infection, which he called "very serious." ... Rinne underwent a hip scope on the joint, that was surgically repaired last summer with a hip arthroscopy. At the time the surgery was deemed successful. Rinne started feeling soreness in his hip Tuesday night after a 27-save effort against Minnesota, and developed a fever. It was deemed he had an infection in the hip, and underwent surgery Thursday to clean it out. The Predators said Rinne will be out a minimum of four weeks. ... [Said Rinne:] "I understand that injuries happen, but during my career this has been the toughest bite to chew during my career mentally."
