07:36 AM ET 10.31 | At least from a prospect standpoint, the rich may get a little richer before the weekend comes. Two of John Calipari's biggest targets in the Class of 2014 are set to announce their college decisions Thursday, and Kentucky looks to be in good shape for both. First will be Mississippi shooting guard Devin Booker, who is to reveal his choice during a ceremony at his high school set for 4 p.m. EDT. Then comes Indiana shooting guard James Blackmon Jr., who will announce his decision on ESPNU during halftime of the Troy/Louisiana-Monroe football game, which is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. Jerry Meyer, national analyst for 247Sports, is predicting both players will choose the Cats. "I feel pretty confident that Blackmon's going to pick Kentucky. With Booker, I feel good enough to make the pick."

Glass houses, dude......

In CBB and CFB, "student Athlete" is a relative term at every school except for the Ivy Leage, Stanford, Vanderbuilt, Northwestern and a small handfull of other academic schools.

Will Calipari still be coaching at Kentucky in 2014? Maybe, but 2015 and beyond is a crap shoot. I'm thinking that it won't be too long before there is an announcement by the NCAA about an investigation, which, if history is any indication of an expected timeline means Cal should be moving on to coach somewhere else to avoid the heat and potential sanctions. No wonder he has no problem recruiting one and dones. He doesn't know how long he'll stay put himself.

Don't get me wrong. I respect the man's ability to coach, recruit and win, but Good Lord is he shady!
