04:54 PM ET 10.31 | The Ultimate Fighting Championship has made some big signings in the recent weeks, and it looks like they aren't done yet. According to reports, the UFC has signed Shooto world title holder Hernani Perpetuo (17-3, 1 no-contest). Perpetuo, who trains with UFC champs Jose Aldo and Renan Barao at Nova Unaio, is expected to make his promotional debut in early 2014. Perpetuo has the talent to become a legitimate contender at welterweight if he can put together a few wins inside of the octagon.
