11:01 PM ET 11.06 | Following the team's Week 9 bye, New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz is still not ready to return to practice. Cruz suffered a stinger during the Week 8 match up and he is still dealing with the issue that has kept him out of practice yet again. The team has said that Cruz's absence was precautionary, so he should still be available for the Giants in Week 10 against the Oakland Raiders. If Cruz is unable to go, Rueben Randle will get the start at wide receiver.

That's the danger of letting quality guys get too close to the end of their contract. Player protects his FA value.

My bad, for some reason I thought this was about Hakeem Nicks.

He will be back for the Packer game and put up numbers never before seen against the worst pass defense, maybe in the history of the game. They must be closing in on the record?

Cruz signed a new deal before the start of the season.

What salsa dance?

OOOH, yeah, I remember that. That's the dance Cruz used to do a long time ago, when he still knew where the end zone was, right? Seems like it's been ages.
