07:17 AM ET 11.07 | Still, it seems, there may always be more to this story. A prominent member of the Miami Dolphins front office, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, told The Post on Wednesday there are many facts that still must surface before the real story is told on the Richie Incognito-Jonathan Martin bullying incident. The source, saying there is a "lack of context and background and a lot of misinformation out there from people with different agendas," urged letting the NFL investigation unfold. ... Another element to this story the source said has been overlooked is Martin "going AWOL" on the team and having never asked team officials for help. "Nobody's asking where [Martin] is right now," the source said. "[We think] he's in California in treatment. But is he OK? What's going on with him?"

No, I think the whole thing is ridiculous. Ireland is a jerk. Incognito is an even bigger jerk. And Martin is a 304-pound wimp.

This is a symptom of one of the places we got off on a bad track a long time ago. Our society has given up on indvidual responsibility. Instead, we blame "society" for everything that goes wrong. Big Floyd stole Bernard's lunch money from his purse? Sue the Principal and the School Committee!

This is a childish dispute between two grown men. It shouldn't be a matter for the courts or the League. If these two idiots can't solve it, then let the team deal with it.

Running away and going into "treatment" for something like this shows that Martin doesn't have what it takes to be an NFL player. It's just that simple.

All three parties are at fault. The Management for turning a blind eye and exacerbating the situation. Incognito for taking it too far. Martin for not standing up for himself and allowing himself to be punked.

He's getting his **** waxed

300 lb wimp? Size doesn't mean anything. Retaliation doesn't solve everything. Let the team deal with it? Well obviously it has been going on for awhile now and they just addressed the issue.

You don't know to what degree any of this is. With Incognito's teammates pretty much defending him is telling

Or it's just jerk mentality.
