07:22 AM ET 11.07 | So far, so not good in Manhattan. Coach Mike Woodson said he is not worried about his job security nor is he constantly looking over his shoulder with the New York Knicks off to a slow start. The Knicks (1-3) have lost three straight games, and Woodson felt that in two of them (Minnesota and Charlotte) the team wasn't very competitive early. And the coach just lost Tyson Chandler, his starting center and best defensive player, for four to six weeks with a small non-displaced fracture of his right fibula. "I have been at this thing 30 years," Woodson said in an interview on ESPN New York 98.7 radio. "And the one thing I never and will never do is look over my shoulder. I won't do that. I got too much pride for that. I think what we have done here for the last few years, we made some major ground."

Well.....the Knicks just ain't a NBA Championship team......and that ain't the fault of the coach. Still. I think most people feel that they should have better than a .250 winning percentage.

Oh.....BTW.....1st.

Coach Woodson is in a bad spot. While true it is not his fault entirely, we know that the head coach is the first to get cut loose since the players can't be fired and the owner (who probably should) won't fire himself. It's really a no win situation for Woodson...and a sad, sad state of affairs in the Knicks organization right now. Happy Friday-eve everyone!

Morning Mecca. I guess we both had a bad day watching our team. I expected the Mavs to lose but it still sucks to lose...

Great win for the Magic. They just need to be consistent. They're saying eff Wiggins. We can win now. They beat 2 great teams so far.
