07:11 AM ET 11.11 | Even as we learned more from the man himself over the weekend, Richie Incognito's future remains hazy. Per a league source with knowledge of the situation, Incognito's suspension for conduct detrimental to the Dolphins is indefinite. Under the labor deal between the NFL and the players' union, however, the suspension can last a maximum of four games. This means that, unless the Dolphins suspend Incognito for fewer than four games, the Dolphins will have to decide what to do with him by Monday, December 2 -- the day after the fourth game of any suspension. The options are limited. The Dolphins will have to reinstate him to the roster or cut him. (In theory, he also could be suspended again, if he gives them grounds to do so.)

Either way, I think the Dolphins are going to owe a boatload of money to at least one offensive lineman not currently playing.

What are they going to suspend him with? He'd break the average rope.

They're bringing in the Amazing Spiderman with his amazing spidey stuff!

NFL just needs to step in and kick him out of the league, if what he said is true......no place for that in any sport or anywhere for that matter.

Unless Incognito lied to Glazer in that interview, this really looks like a locker room doing a very good impression of a kindergarten class.

Get over it hillbilly. If they do they will have to kick ever player out of the league. It's only a word an a word can not hurt you.

Hogwash. It was actions and the hostile environment created by those words and actions too.

Martin's gonna regret it when the NFL media goes on a manhunt for him. He's going to be painted a whistle-blower and wimp.

I don't know--or care--what the 'Fins or the League does with Incognito (a guy whose name certainly does not fit him). His two principle arguments in his own defense were 1) "everybody understood the banter" and 2) "everyone does it." Even if true, neither makes it right.

Martin has been called for "not standing up for himself," that is cowardice. He took the most honorable road possible, walking away and not escalating the situation. There is no bravery stronger than that!

Coaches encourage problems to be handled in locker room. when situation gets out of hand, coaches deny any knowledge of what happened. If coaches got involved with problems themselves then they would have to deal with press and answer a bunch of questions.

I'm surprised someone isn't on youtube crying "Leave Him Alone'' by now.

Why blame Miami because Martin has a mental condition?
