11:12 AM ET 11.17 | Richie Incognito filed a grievance against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, and a read through the four pages --obtained by NFL Media -- shows the suspended guard's legal team taking aim at the strategy employed by the camp of teammate Jonathan Martin. The grievance says in its introduction, "If any conduct has been detrimental to the team, it is the manner in which Mr. Martin's representatives, including Mr. (David) Cornwell on behalf of his client, have elected to vilify Mr. Incognito and the entire Dolphins organization in the court of public opinion." Incognito asked the neutral arbitrator, Jonathan Marks, for an expedited hearing. That hearing is tentatively scheduled for Thursday before Marks in South Florida, according to a source apprised of the schedule.

Good. He has rights too and I'm glad he is fighting back. He losts a lot of money over this and you can't tell me others weren't involved as well. I hope Martin gets shut down and is forced to stay in Miami or just give it up.

Whether Incognito is right or wrong, I just can't muster any sympathy for him.

Now he's bullying their legal team... j/k

This needs to go away. Immature behavior all around taken further than intended. Nobody was hurt, clean this up Goodell.

I'm sick of seeing this picture of his generic people-of-walmart tatoos.

There are no winners here. Lose lose situation all around. Incognito is a jerk. Martin looks like mental case. Philbin seems weak. Ownership out of touch.....etc. etc.

It turns out that Martin's mom is an attorney who specializes in work place law and has written on harassment. My hunch is she is the head of the legal team.

Squirming Time for The Bad Guy, now he will have to pay the price!

So what; Incognito is history. Move on.
