05:45 PM ET 11.18 | The New York Jets at 5-4 were contenders for a wild card playoff spot going into the weekend. On Sunday, they lost to the Buffalo Bills on the road and dropped to 5-5 but that doesn't mean they're not headed to the playoffs. At 5-5, they're still in contention for a playoff spot. If the season were to end today, they'd be the last team in as the No. 6 seed. Still, some Jets don't want to talk about the playoffs.

They probably don't want to discuss Dave & Buster's either.

This is a team with focus and commitment issues, starting with the HC.

Thug issues, too.

Why would a reputable journalist inquire about the playoffs to a 5-5 team? Oops, sorry!

Yeah... they'll be on their vacations during the playoffs, anyway.

I don't think I have ever seen a lower QB rating for a game than Smith's 10.1 against Buffalo.

Eli Manning had a QB rating of 0 one game during his rookie season.

Why would they. They aren't making the playoffs this season anyways.

Fans were falling out of the stands to not have to watch that game.

Geno is finding out this isn't touch football, with a lot of work he could survive!!!

I'm still sticking with my assessment before the season: I'm betting Geno is like Travaris J: can run, hand off make some passes but in the end can't read a defense that is moving around during the snap. TJ never got it. He was Mr interception.
