03:31 PM ET 11.20 | UFC middleweight contender Vitor Belfort is on an incredible three-fight winning streak in 2013, which has included three knockout victories that were set up by head kicks. The run that Belfort is on has been impressive, but he has taken some criticism for using testosterone replacement therapy, which many credit for the resurgence of his career. However, in Belfort's most recent performance against Dan Henderson, Belfort states that his testosterone levels were actually low. If Belfort had testosterone levels below normal, as Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission's medical director Dr. Marcio Tannure said was the case, it shows that he may not be abusing the system and that he is actually using the treatment in the way that it is meant to be used. No matter what your thoughts are on Belfort and TRT, it is hard to deny and not appreciate what he has done over the past year.
