07:20 AM ET 11.21 | So far this season, the Knicks have managed to keep quiet offseason knee surgeries on Amar'e Stoudemire and Iman Shumpert. Now, Metta World Peace said he had his left knee drained on Monday and the day before the Knicks played the Spurs on Nov. 10. He returned Wednesday night against the Pacers after missing the previous two games and scored two points. World Peace had surgery to repair a torn meniscus in late March while he was with the Lakers. He was set to sit for six weeks but returned after seven days, hoping to help the Lakers in the playoffs, but they were swept in four games by the Spurs. World Peace missed Saturday's game against the Hawks with what the Knicks described as knee soreness and was not with the team at Detroit Tuesday because of the funeral for his sister.

Wow! That's what you get for getting old and injured players. Both NY teams are in trouble. Both need their PGs to step up but hasn't yet. They could be looking at a lottery that will be gone to the teams they traded it to.

You sure are sassy this morning.Monta putting the boot to Howard last night has ya geeked, huh?Great win.I thought Howard got fouled...twice.But, those meltdowns and techs have to stop.

Yup and Harden also choked. The game was crazy. Mavs looked like they were gonna get blown away but they kept digging. Howard did play well. They'll be fine. He is hitting his FTs now.

What a disaster top to bottom..howeverThat was a BS foul call on shump at the end of regulation....From the NBA Rule Book:(5) Incidental contact with the hand against an offensive player shall be ignored if it does not affect the player's speed, quickness, balance and/or rhythm. it did not effect the shot...BS

He hit the elbow, a foul. The network even showed it in slow motion. Only dumb players foul a jump shooter taking a desperation 3.

QUOTE(#5):

Hey, Plow.Gotta feel bad for Shump. With all the trade mumbo-jumbo, this is really the last thing that kid needed.I would love to see the Knicks trade Shump to Phoenix for Bledsoe. With the Knicks luck, they'd probably end up with Dragic instead.

Phoenix would need a brain transplant for that trade to occur.

Okay, gotta give credit to the Mavs for hitting their shots.

I thought Dwight was supposed to be a defensive presence. Whats with the Rockets giving up all these 115-130 point games this season?

You went toe to toe with a Finals contender with a depleated bench on a back to back......

It will get better and, hey, the Cavs lost at home to the Wiz.......so there is that

It's kind of hard to protect the rim vs 4 guys coming at it plus your own man......the Rockets play ZERO defense.......Amare would fit in well there.......
