12:00 PM ET 11.23 | The San Francisco 49ers offense has not been the same dynamic unit that helped lead them to a Super Bowl appearance just one year ago, largely due to the inconsistency and struggles from quarterback Colin Kaepernick. San Francisco's offense has produced less than 200 yards of total offense in their two straight losses, but offensive coordinator Greg Roman is not too concerned. In fact, Roman believes that the team's offense is on the verge of a breakout performance that could be coming very, very soon.

If the offensive problems have been "largely due to the inconsistency and struggles from quarterback Colin Kaepernick.", then how can you be sure that things are changing? Colt McCoy getting a start? LOL.

This is what every OC says when their offense blows chunks. It keeps the Head Coach from breathing down his neck for a week or two.

Looks like the D coordinators in the NFL have figured out that Collin Copperdick isn't such a terrific pocket presence.

Or the HC is changing their offense.

Or how Kaepernick is utilized.

This^^^^

Why they changed their O so quick is mind-boggling, loss of WRs notwithstanding.

Kaepernick isn't a pocket QB, his strength is throwing on the run.

Brats and wings are on the grill. Beer doesn't need ice, though. It's 34 at my house. I can see flurries on the mountain.

No, he is hinting that Crabtree will be playing soon.

I think he said this to appease the crowd that was outside his home with pitchforks and tar and feathers.

No it isn't, it looks like a friendly cat.

His offensive line has not given him any protection in the pocket. Hard to become a pocket passer when there is no pocket .

Kaepernick isn't comfortable standing in the pocket. He prefers throwing on the run.

You watching the game with a group, I hope?

I got a lot of people wearing maroon and gold at my place. I don't think UM will win, but should be a good game.

His O-line was a group of turnstiles last year. What slowed them up was the read-option....they had to pause and read the play. This year, he's getting pounded because even the threat of read-option isn't there.

Hence, they're fighting with Carolina and Arizona (!) for the #5 seed.
