07:31 PM ET 11.25 | On Sunday, it became widely reported that recording artist Jon Bon Jovi was interested in becoming an NFL owner and that he was in pursuit of buying the Buffalo Bills, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. After looking into the situation more and speaking with Bon Jovi's representative, Ken Sunshine, it doesn't look like that team will be the Bills. Sunshine told the Associated Press that Bon Jovi is in fact interested in becoming an NFL owner, but the idea that he is actively pursuing the Bills is "preposterous." We could eventually see the day where Bon Jovi finds himself in position to buy a franchise, but if he would become interested in the Bills he would need to outbid Rogers Communications of Toronto.

Most likely because he wouldn't have that kind of money.

Bon Jovi is rich. But it's not the millionaire celebrities of this world who are buying sports teams. It's the billionaire's who cut Bon Jovi's check who buy sports teams.

i'm sure that new owner wouldn't mind ~flipping~ the jagz over to bon-jovi right-about-now [quick 100-mill/profit?].

after what went down when the current brownz' owner's financial-dealings were revealed/questioned = bon-jovi better have at least a billion and a half [ready/ca$h] on his bid/application.

Not a good investment. Too many lawyer, agents, diva's and old relic owners. Not to mention that fairy pretending to be a commissioner.
They need to start selling teams off to the Mob and the Cartels. Someone who isn't afraid of Congressional interference or lawsuits. Someone who will lead them into offshore underground arena's and world wide sports gambling.

At least the half time show will be all-pro!!!

The Bills? No way. Everyone knows Jon's a Cowboy.

And if he was interested in buying the Bills , this article would read the same thing.

Toronto was the rumoured destination, if he bought them.......but all the hype about this seemed more ludicrous than a possibility.

Yeah. That's exactly what they "need".
