07:34 AM ET 11.26 | Questions for Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota have now veered from the health of his left knee to the status of his head. Mariota told [his father] what he said publicly Monday: He has apparently passed the Ducks' concussion protocol after being hit in the back of the helmet by the knee of Arizona's Shaquille Richardson. The hit was delivered during his return of Mariota's second interception of the game, and season, in the Wildcats' 42-16 win. "I passed everything and my symptoms are good," Mariota said. ... Also uplifting was this assessment of Mariota by offensive coordinator Scott Frost when asked how close Mariota is to being all right: "He's right. He is pretty much there now. He was close in that last game, but we were still careful with him. He's good enough to go."
