07:11 AM ET 11.27 | On Sunday against the Giants, the Cowboys quite clearly were attempting to get Dez Bryant the football, but his game wasn't spotless. Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said Tuesday morning in his weekly interview with 105.3 The Fan that Bryant needed to work on ball security. He did add, however, that some of that is simply the way he approaches the game. ... For his part, Bryant said he doesn't think there are any problems with his fundamentals. Instead, he said it's a result of the elements the game was played in, which is something he'll need to be mindful of in two weeks when the Cowboys travel to Chicago. "My ball security, honestly, has always been fine," Bryant said. "It was just that kind of a game where you have to be a little bit more prepared."

It's between the ears he still has some work to do more than anything else. And JJ needs to work on talent evaluation, but that's an OLD story!

Dumb & Dumber.

Why would someone want to be drafted by any team when they know the owner/GM/coach is going to be involved in their career and give them pointers or directions like Jones?

November 27, 2013  08:01 AM ET

Wow, everyone MUST be out to get him. What a crock!

New play calling structure...

Callahan: Throw it to Beasley

Garrett: throw Dez the damn ball

Romo: OK

I expect Romo to throw in Jenkins direction. He will get toasted so bad they will need to use a fire extinguisher on him by the time the game is over.

Goofy ole world. If you fumble the ball and the other team gets it you have a problem. If you fumble the ball and your team recovers it or it rolls out of bounds you do not.

Yeah, well JJ needs to work on his personnel moves.

JJ should be more worried about HIM dropping the ball after next year when Bryant becomes UFA. He will want to pay him tag type money, but he will have to do some very creative cap cutting to do it.

They play where Dez crossed the filed looking for a seam rather than simply heading up field and then ended up putting the ball on the ground for a big loss and fortunate out of bounds could have been huge.

In the end it wasn't.

It troubled me at the time but he was as advertised on the final drive. Big catches.

It could be worse, Jerry could be paying him $60 M like Miami is paying Wallace...at least Dez catches the ball

You miissed Jerry
Jerry: Throw Irvin the Ball
Cause we all KNOW he is involved and muddling around in this mess

Jerry: "See how tight the skin on my face is? Hold the ball that tight."

Dez:"Ok"

Against that Raider D? You betcha.

Dallas wins by at least two TDs.

November 27, 2013  01:07 PM ET

Dez: "15 minutes can save you 15% on car insurance"
Tony: "Everyone knows that"
Dez: "Well, did you know that Jerry Jones is a really bad coach?"

November 27, 2013  01:21 PM ET

JJ: Ya might want to focus more on your real weaknesses, namely your HC and Y.O.U. :D
