10:19 AM ET 11.28 | The Washington Redskins have had their fair share of issues in 2013 and they don't appear to be getting better, especially when the team appears to be in denial about what they really are. Star quarterback Robert Griffin III was speaking to the media where he opened up about his team. Griffin said that he understands the criticism will be coming the team's way because of the losses piling up, but he actually believes that the Redskins are better than their record suggests. Considering the defense is atrocious and Griffin continuously makes terrible decisions that set his team back, it is safe to say the Redskins actually are what their record says. In fact, they may be worse.

Perhaps they should be given a trophy even if they come in dead last

Way to stay positive RGIII.

He might like to think so! Just like my hair isn't grey, I still have a "six pack", and Kelly Cuoco keeps stalking me.

I see they've adapted the pee-wee "Everybody's A Winner" approach. They all get orange slices after practice and a trip to Dairy Queen after a game.
