Will Shanahan return?

06:59 AM ET 12.02 | Washington entered the weekend with a chance to match the Giants' three wins but wound up falling, though somewhat controversially, on Sunday night. [The] future of head coach Mike Shanahan in Washington might be a difficult call for Redskins owner Daniel Snyder after the season. In his first 15 full seasons as a head coach (not counting the '89 campaign, when he was canned by Al Davis of the Raiders after only four games), Shanahan experienced just one year of ten or more losses. But he's facing a third double-digit defeat season in four seasons with the Redskins, and Snyder has never been known as a patient man. ... Then again, it might be equaling galling to know that, if he dismisses Shanahan, he'll still owe him $7 million and will have to pay off a staff, as well, that is believed to be one of the NFL's highest paid.

Think the Skin's owner has a few questoins to ask himself about who to keep or replace.....about the Coach, Coaching staff , QB......to name a few.

Tickets were $5.98 on Stubhub.com before kickoff.

Kyle Shanahan comes out no huddle hurry up offense in the first quarter last night... It was productive, and scored on the opening drive for the 1st time this season. Then with two minutes left in the game down by 4 points, they start huddling... Not to mention they NEVER run Alfred Morris in the 2nd half.

The removal f one person will not right the ship. The Redskis' problems are multifaceted and include their prized QB immaturity.

However, in this case, it would be a good start.

Snyder is going to have to pick his poison... Will the TON of money he'll have to pay Shanny and his staff be more than the lost in Season ticket sales if he comes back ?

I think not.

Ticket sales only relate to one thing about the team...... Win 's and Loss's...... more wins the more tickets you sell, the more you lose the less tickets you sell.

But the coaching staff and players have to perform to get the win's.

He will. It would not be good for RG3's development to yank Shannahan right now.

It does not surprise me that the staff is the highest paid, my guess is that his son is the high paid of all the staff.

Having his whole coaching staff on the HOT SEAT next season would be good for them and the organization.
