08:46 PM ET 12.03 | The New York Knicks are on a nine-game losing streak that has begun to cause panic within the organization and their fan base. Entering the season, the Knicks were viewed as one of the top contenders in the Eastern Conference, so their early struggles this season are unacceptable to many. As a result, it looks like the hot seat for head coach Mike Woodson is becoming warmer by the day. While the Knicks have plenty of issues that are contributing to their losing streak, it makes sense that Woodson would be the team's scapegoat.

warmer?? more like red hot right about now.

I have said this several times, IF the knicks lose to the Nets, that'll make it 10 straight losses, Woody is gone!!! Winning against the Nets might save/extend his job for the season atleast.

Screw that hot seat brother. You're nowhere better the failure that Dolan or the organization is.

How much hotter can it become? I thought by now he would have been fired. It's unfortunate because he probably did have input on the personnel he's required to coach. The move to send Novack to Toronto was a major mistake and Tyson Chandler's injury did not help either. The scape goat through all this is "Shumpert."

Time To Get Off The Merry-Goround, Bro.

Did Mike Goodson already replace Mike Woodson?

"... it makes sense that Woodson would be the team's scapegoat."

Exactly And that is all this is. Woodson is being blamed for things that are causing the Knicks problems, virtually all of which are beyond his control. The best thing the Knicks can do is just
shutup and play. This is virtually the same team as last year, and there is no reason they can't perform at the same level once Chandler comes back.
