07:24 AM ET 12.04 | Television Tim? Tim Tebow, the telegenic former QB, will almost certainly be a college football TV analyst next year, either for ESPN's SEC Network, CBS Sports, or Fox Sports, multiple sources tell The Big Lead. Tebow, who was released by the Patriots in August, is finally beginning to realize his NFL career is over. Despite a glut of bad backup quarterbacks in the NFL, Tebow's phone was not ringing this season, and he's ready to tackle television, sources say. ESPN, CBS and Fox have all expressed interest in the magnetic Tebow, and one network -- ESPN -- already has a show set in place for him, a source says. It is anticipated that the Tebow jockeying will intensify in January, after his agent, Jimmy Sexton, is done riding the college football coaching carousel this month.

Good luck Tebow. He's going to shine more off the field.

He'll do just fine in a studio. It's where he belongs.

"Despite a glut of bad backup quarterbacks in the NFL, Tebow's phone was not ringing this season..."

No, it's because of a glut of bad backup quarterbacks in the NFL. Supply and demand.

Can't wait for his in depth analysis on QB play. His segment should be called, "How not to play QB".

I can't watch anything on TV but football anymore, and even that is difficult with all the ads and promos for garbage TV between the plays.

Can't wait for real Vikings. And Shieldmaidens.

Particularly the Shieldmaidens.

Good for him. The kid put a lot of work on and off the field, unfortuantely it didn't work out. Hope this does.

I get the same feeling watching "Storage Hunters" with the missus.

FN - how about using a pic of Teblow in a Jets uni.

I hope you say the same about NY Gints who pray on the field after the game.

Religion: The last bastion of socially-accepted bigotry. And I say that as an agnostic.

Should have converted to RB. He could have been a Mike Alstott type.

He's 26 years old and has millions in the bank from his few years in the league. No one needs to feel sorry for him.

I've always admired his work ethic, and I wish him well, too.
