02:50 PM ET 12.04 | It appears the long nightmare involving Kobe Bryant's absence looks like it's nearing an end. Bryant, saying he felt good after Tuesday's practice, will be a full participant in Wednesday's practice, making it the first time he's participated in back-to-back practices. It's been speculated by reporters close to the Lakers and Bryant for a few weeks now that the Black Mamba could return on Friday against the Sacramento Kings. Granted, there's been no official word from the team or Bryant himself in regards to his return, so that's merely an educated guess.

It used to be that $6 million bought you a bionic man - a surgically rebuilt man with superhuman athletic ability. Now, it turns out that you need $24 million to pay for such a man - and that's just for one year.

Inflation has been a biaatch since the 70's bro....
