07:22 AM ET 12.05 | Will John Fox be on the sidelines for the Titans game? [The] short answer is that Fox doesn't know yet. He was asked about it on Monday and on Wednesday, and it doesn't seem that he's made any progress in his decision as the week has progressed. At this point, he said, he's still "day-to-day" as to whether he'll make it down to the sidelines, and he also pointed out that he's coached half his career from a box; when he was a defensive coordinator for all those years, that's where he was stationed. As to why Fox wouldn't just take the field, the reasons are myriad. There's the worry that he might get run into or hit, concerns about over-exertion -- you name it, it's a potential concern. Not major, just potential, and a month after heart surgery, potential concerns carry some weight.

The Titans? Stay home, sit on the couch and watch a better game on TV.

And tell your wife how to decorate the tree. I'm sure she's done the same to you many times.

No need to risk a setback getting worked up over the usual officiating gaff. What happened at the Washington was a prime example. linesman has chains moved indicating a 1st down, but Triplett was holding up three fingers signaling 3RD down. Shanahan asked for a measurement but linesman told Shanahan that was not necessary. Redskins ran a 1st down play and later finds out it is now 4th down. Triplett did not stop play because Washington was out of timeouts. There as under 2 min. to play and Washington could not challenge a play anyway. Triplett should have stopped the game long enough to correct the chain and down and do a measurement t show how far from from first down. Redskins would have made a different call

Tomlin was fined for his gaff. the linesman and Triplett should be fined also for their screw up. Bottom line one of Triplett's responsibility as referee is to over see the other officials and correct obvious errors. Regardless how many timeouts a team has. Stopping game long enough to reset chains take seconds. No team would have time for an extra time out, Even with a measurement.

Personally, Fox... Del Rio.......

Fox got to the playoffs and won a game with Tim Tebow at quarterback. Always remember that, because it is an accomplishment that no other HC can match.

What's not to like? He's quick, brown and jumped over the lazy dog, right?

True.

That won't get him into the Hall of Fame though.

I've currently got my nickel on your boys beating Seattle in the SB. Brady will beat Denver in Denver and handle the NY cold which is way different than Pacific NW cold better than Seattle will.

I hope you're right Hank. Reminds me, I have to call an account in Seattle.

That's not unreasonable at all.
