Noah: 'We don't like the Miami Heat'

07:20 AM ET 12.06 | Even if the Heat were without Dwyane Wade and Chris Andersen, Chicago's wins over Miami are always significant. Entering Thursday losers of six of their last seven games, and looking like a team still unable to grab onto any sort of emotion in the wake of losing star point guard Derrick Rose for the season [right knee], the hated Heat seemed to stir up something, as the Bulls had one of their best performances of the season. ... Not only did the Bulls (8-9) outscore Miami 44-34 down low, but outrebounded them 49-27, led by Joakim Noah's 15 rebounds and 17 points. "The people in this city, there's something about when Miami comes to town, you know you wake up in the morning and you feel it," Noah said afterward. "People in this city don't like the Miami Heat, we don't like the Miami Heat."

Bulls want to be contenders so bad and they work very hard for it. Give a lot of credit to the coaching but the moment Lebron and co. turn it on all that hard work is barely enough to keep up sadly.
That or he dislikes the contrast in team uniforms. Judging by my knowledge (and lack thereof) of Chicago residents I would say this has the higher probability.

Noah lots of people will agree wit ya... Shoot even some "Heat" fans will as well.....

Yup.
Bulls don't like the heat, they bring that A game vs the heat, against those garbage teams they let one slip away time and time again.
I'm just curious when these Rose lead bulls will ever win a championship.

The Heat really need to make a move.... My suggestion is to offer a package of Beasley, Battier and maybe a 1st for Asik from Houston. They are getting killed by teams down low...

You and about 200 Million other people.....

Multiple teams "get up" to play the Heat. I think the Bulls window has closed truthfully. They probably are two years away only if Butler turns into Paul George level of production. That is a lot to ask but that is the only way I see it.

If they're getting killed by Drummond, then Noah & Boozer, I shudder to think what'll happen when they face Hibbert & West...

Bosh for Cousins or Asik?

MMA!
Na mane, the kings just gave Cousins an extension.
Battier & Beasley for Asik makes sense, seeing as Battier will soon retire any way.

if you add Joel Anthony it sure does.

QUOTE(#14):

Bosh is a great player but the Heat need a big man and could use the cap space to make other tweaks on the roster. Ray and Battier are getting older so bringing in some young shooters would be good. Asik would make a big difference with his rebounding and interior defense.

yea.
It may work for real cause keeping Beasley may work out in the long run.
He's younger and improved.

Asik wouldn't command the touches Bosh wants and he'd be way more effective for the Heat. Plus the CAP room they get from not resigning Bosh could add much needed depth along the roster as a whole.

Who does?

Oh snap...I think we all know...lol
