The self-proclaimed best receiving corps in the NFL

07:16 AM ET 12.06 | Russell Wilson doesn't throw the ball much, but that's not for a lack of options. Golden Tate is the leading receiver on the team with the best record in the NFL, but his 46 receptions during the Seahawks' 11-1 start would lead only four other teams and rank 45th in the league. Doug Baldwin leads the Seahawks in receiving yards, but his total of 663 would lead just six other teams and ranks 33rd in the league. The Seahawks don't have a leader in touchdown catches; they have four. ... "I would have to tell you, honestly, that this is probably the best receiving corps in the NFL from the top down," said Baldwin, who then offered his own response to that claim by adding, "Some would probably look at me like I'm crazy, because nobody has 1,000 yards."

Tell this to Denver.

When you meet in East Rutherford. In the snow.

Im extremely tired of these young seahawks running their mouths. Yes they're good enough where they can but it's the players who think they're better then they are and the NFL used to be so good at quieting these players, albeit perhaps targeting is illegal these days but there are clean ways to hit somebody hard enough they know they still have a ways to go.
Richard Sherman benefits from a smart defensive secondary but opens his hips to slow, he makes up for it with an explosive first step but the guys a long way to comparing himself to Champ Bailey type corners.
Baldwin shys from contact and if he played for a quarterback like Flacco instead of the sideline loving Russel Wilson he'd be in the same vegistution as Austin Colle.
In the meantime i'm giving my best reciever corps title to Atlanta. Though I'm a big fan of the packers/saints and their route running.

Most football teams mirror their coach in attitude and demeanor. The Seahawks are a bunch of arrogant **** bags because their coach is an arrogant **** bag.

You don't need to have the best receiving corps (and you don't). You just need to keep winning.

Keep chopping wood, boys...

Because - no one is beating you in your barn this year.

December 6, 2013  08:38 AM ET

Be wary of going into the playoffs thinking you're unbeatable. Take it from one who knows.

I'm licking my chops just waiting to collect on my pre-season bet.

Hard to argue with results.

The Seahawks are great free advertising for Aderall.

A winner and nominee for comment of the year. I salute you. Well done!

They can talk all they want until someone beats them. Taking their show on the road has been their downfall in the past, so let's see what they do a bit further down the coast this weekend.

Yup...

The only game between a one loss season and a two loss season is this Sunday.

Don't be giving up on your Pats just yet.

And for the record, Golden Tate could use a good smack upside the head.

When you're 11-1 you can pretty much proclaim whatever you want to
