05:11 PM ET 12.11 | UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo is set to defend his title against Ricardo Lamas at UFC 169 in Newark, N.J., on Super Bowl weekend. While Aldo is preparing for his next defense of the 145-pound belt, he is calling on a mixed martial arts legend to bolster his training camp. Aldo announced that he will be getting the help of B.J. Penn for his upcoming camp with the Nova Uniao team in Rio De Janeiro. Penn already has ties to the Nova Uniao camp, after earning a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under head coach Andres Pedernarias.
