07:40 AM ET 12.16 | In his first game at the World's Most Famous Arena, Tyler Ennis, Syracuse's precocious freshman point guard, delivered an astounding performance on Sunday. Ennis, a 6-foot-2 point guard, scored 21 points, dished out six assists and turned the ball over just two times in 39 minutes to guide the Orange past the Red Storm in front of 16,357 fans at the Garden. ... After the game, Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim offered Ennis the highest of praise. Without naming names, Boeheim placed Ennis above such Orange legends as Pearl Washington, Jason Hart and Jonny Flynn. "As a freshman point guard, he's playing better than anybody that I've ever had," Boeheim said. "I've had just a few pretty good freshman point guards. He's really been unbelievable. If he played like a normal freshman, we'd be about 7-3."

I hope so. After going to the Final Four last season with Michael Carter-Williams, if this guy is for real maybe bigger things are possible.
