07:42 AM ET 12.16 | Tyler Murphy has his degree -- and a murky football future. The day after graduating from the University of Florida, [Murphy] told Gators coach Will Muschamp he has decided to transfer and play at another school. Connecticut could be among the schools he will consider. Murphy is from Wethersfield, Conn. Murphy played in nine games this past season, taking over the starting role after Jeff Driskel suffered a broken leg. He threw for 1,216 yards and six touchdowns with five interceptions. Though Murphy helped rally the Gators past Tennessee after Driskel went down, he struggled the second half of the season with a shoulder injury and missed the last three games. Muschamp had told reporters at the end of the season that the quarterback job would be an open competition.

Head to Tenn, home of the worst quartet of QB's in America, where you will start day 1.

Even our players don't like our offense, apparently.

The "Bull gators" should send a blank check to Columbia, SC. Bring the prodigal son home, let him build UF back into a championship team, and let him ride off into the sunset as a gattah...the way it should be. And, no, I'm not kidding.

Would be interesting. Not sure he'd be interested though?

I like the idea, EWO.....from a non-invested CFB fan, this would be a great story and perfect end to TOBC's career.

One more round of "Free Shoes U', "Can't spell Citrus without UT", etc. Would be really good for CFB.

Time heals all wounds. He's a gattah. He's always been a gattah. Time to bring him back HOME.

I'd watch....they've been good latley, BTW. Jimmy V and Clarett's were very well done. When are they going to get around to Bobby B?

Switzer was entertaiing on the Dupree 30 for 30......bet Bowden could really tell some stories, too.

Lol, yeah Coach Bowden DEFINITELY has the gift of gab. Plenty of story lines to run with from his tenure at FSU.

That would be a hoot, I always did like ol' Bobby from a personal standpoint. Now, the way he treated my Gators some days, that's a different story.

Oh man! They should do a 30 for 30 on Spur vs. Bowden in the 90's!

THAT would be entertainment at its FINEST!

A lot of great games back then. With some nice verbal hand grenades being tossed around just to spice things up.

The interviews would be hilarious. Spurrier is still bashing FSU.
