05:30 PM ET 12.16 | The Houston Rockets received some good news on Monday afternoon in regards to James Harden's ankle injury. The talented shooting guard suffered the injury on Sunday evening against the Sacramento Kings, but considering his recent rash of ankle and toe injuries, there was significant concern Harden may have re-aggravated the problem. Thankfully though that doesn't appear to be the case as fill-in head coach Kelvin Sampson said the injury "is not as bad" as originally thought.

QUOTE(#1):

Not nearly to the extent of the Knicks or Lakers, the Rockets have been a walking Mash unit so far.Harden...Hurt.Parsons....Hurt.Mandarin Mamba...HurtAsik.....Butt hurt. But, Howard as looked really good the last few games.I can't help wondering how much better this team could have been had they signed/traded for Josh Smith or Paul Milsap. The guy who never gets mentioned, that should be high on the Rockets list, is Spencer Hawes.Talk about being a stretch 4 or 5!He'd be awesome in Trigger Mike's system as well.I know I would walk over hot glass if it gave the Clips a shot at him.Plus, he's on an expiring deal...bonus.

They still have a shot at Millsap, who is only on a 2-year deal with ATL, that too 2nd year is player option. ATL badly needs a center to move Al to PF. I'm really not sure why this deal isn't being talked about.
