Texans QB Case Keenum admits struggles

05:39 PM ET 12.16 | Stop me if you heard this one before: the Houston Texans lost on Sunday. It was another disappointing effort and result from the team in Week 15, as they fell to the Indianapolis Colts. This time, however, they had a player step up and take responsibility for the loss. Quarterback Case Keenum spoke about the performance after the game and he didn't give himself a positive evaluation. It's good for Keenum to step up and take responsibility, but it comes at a bad time. Houston has the inside track to No. 1 overall pick where they could take one of the top rookies in the draft, so Keenum's comments were risky. If he continues to play this way over the next two weeks, he may leave the team with no choice than to go with a rookie.

Hello Jonny!

They need a QB... but they have other needs as well. To just say they would take JFF is a little short sighted.

So, his manning up is bad because they GM/Coaching staff wouldnt notice his struggles if he didnt point it out? Things are worse down there than I thought.

His comments make no difference on what they look for in the draft. The writer's a moron.

Too bad Sage Rosenfels retired now that the Texans need him.
