10:26 AM ET 12.21 | Bed check! Taking no chances after the last two noon games the Knicks played at home resulted in their two most lopsided losses of the season , endangered coach Mike Woodson planned to have the entire team holed up together at an area hotel Friday night before Saturday's 12 p.m. game against Memphis at the Garden. "Yeah, we've had those troubles and you know, we're going to all get together tonight and huddle together," Woodson said after practice Friday in Greenburgh. "I'm not going to let them hang out. We're going to all get together, ourselves, as a team."

it shows how pathetic the intelligence of this team is that they have to be sequestered in their own city so they don't do something stupid

The nerve of a professional coach having to force his players to act professionally. Like JGB said above me, it shows the average intelligence of this knicks team where the coach has to treat them like college sophomores trying to sneak out to a frat party. The knick players obviously care about their popularity and party status more than their ability to turn the ship around and contend for a championship. I think this was personally aimed at Melo and JR smith, but the coach obviously can't single them out.

They need to put a curfew on Dolan when trade deadline day comes around.

it's aimed at smith and Melo, no question about it. They are the two notorious club hounds on the team. Melo has been a club fiend since his DEN days, and i'm sure it's one of the reasons he wanted NY so badly. It's a shame though that the coach, who will likely end up fired as the scapegoat, is the one who has to tell these pro's to act like pro's instead of staying out and drinking all night before a big morning game. Ridiculous, they are less mature than college athletes.

It's a shame, but I think Woodson's time with the Knicks is just about over. Even if the Knicks were doing well, he should not have to be going through this.

I thought the Knicks would pull themselves together. Still time, but it does not seem as though anyone is interested in turning things around.

Now that Lopez's season (career?) is done, KNicks ARE the only team in NY!!!!!! Atleast they came out ahead in the state race! Congrats.

Woody should never have been extended as a HC. I have debated this many many times, but whatever. If he had ANY people skills it wouldn't have come to this. Time for the coach, "melo and the fans to move on.

Just watched the Knicks/Grzz. Knicks need to rebuild.

Knicks aren't even trying. Memphis 59 boards, Knicks 34.

The Knicks have been rebuilding since '73.

Come on, most NBA players would barely be intelligent enough to flip burgers at McDonald's if not for their size, athletic ability, and BB skills.
