Bad move...fire them all and bring in your own people! Forget loyalty this is high dollar football!

December 22, 2013  09:48 AM ET

someone has to take over for Lupoi

December 22, 2013  10:14 AM ET

I'm shocked. Maybe, there's hope for Sarkisian after all?

December 22, 2013  10:20 AM ET

Well if the win over Fresno state last night is any indication of what Helton can do, then I say it's a good move.

Well, yeah. That was an impressive victory. USC is on a good run and things are really looking up for the future, even next year: this victory suggested that the team is taking the coaching change either in stride or is encouraged. Either way the transition looks pretty seamless right now and that augurs well. Now they can kick some ASU, AZ and UCLA a ss next year!

This is a terrific move. Helton and Pendergast had us very well prepared to play. Would like to see Pendergast stay too. The future looks good. FIGHT ON!!!

Dr. good morning!!! Yes it would have sounded ridiculous years ago, but damn how about LSU-Iowa, Georgia Tech-Ole Miss, Miss State-Rice, Duke-Texas A&M, Georgia-Nebraska and Houston-Vandy bowl games. Don't you think those games are ridiculous this season??

"As the NCAA is slated to take a closer look at a situation that could ensnare UW and USC, what it all means remains unclear. It could be nothing, it could be a whole lot, and it could end up in the vast expanse between those two extremes".

ND is not in the same category any more.

Remember ... This is the clueless ncaa we're talking about here. They're oblivious to everything these days.

To be an unpaid assistant at a high school in Montana and eventually the state prison in Deer Lodge.

Yes I agree bowl games his year are ridiculous!

Glorified regional matchups:
Ole Miss v. GT
Boise St. v. Oregon St.
BYU v. Washington

Downright uninteresting:
OkState v. Missouri - we've seen this matchup every other year in the Big 12.
Nebraska v. UGA for the 2nd year in a row.
Syracuse v. Minnesota is a glorified B1G conference game.

Guaranteed Blowouts:
aTm v. Duke
Baylor v. UCF (BCS blow I mean bowl)
Oregon v. Texas - UTx is down to 2nd string LBs - this game will be ugly.
