07:27 AM ET 12.24 | Texans interim coach Wade Phillips didn't much feel like offering a definitive answer. When discussing the Texans' quarterback situation Monday, [Phillips] did not rule out the possibility of T.J. Yates starting the last game at Tennessee on Sunday. Case Keenum, who started eight consecutive games, missed Sunday's 37-13 home loss to Denver because of ligament damage in his right (throwing hand) thumb. Matt Schaub started against the Broncos and finished with a rating of 48.9. ... Phillips was asked if he's decided on his starting quarterback. "It's like I said, we don't know what his (Keenum) situation is, so we'll have to wait and see," he said. Then Phillips was asked if he would consider starting Yates over Schaub if Keenum is unable to play. "We're going to look at all of that and see what the situation is for sure as far as injuries are concerned," he said. "I think that's what we'll do."
