07:24 AM ET 12.25 | Raiders head coach Dennis Allen came out firing on Tuesday. [Allen] and quarterback Terrelle Pryor may not always see eye to eye, but they agree on one thing: Pryor's agent was way off-base when he suggested that Allen is starting Pryor on Sunday in hopes that he will fail. "That's the stupidest thing I've ever frickin' heard," Allen said. Another thing Allen and Pryor agree on: Pryor gives them the best chance to win Sunday against the Broncos. ... Allen called Pryor on Monday night when he heard the comments, and was ready to shoot them down Tuesday. "No coach in their right mind -- this isn't the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'; this isn't made-for-TV drama. This is football, and we make our football decisions based solely on that, nothing other than that. I've talked to Terrelle about it."

Pryor needs to find himself a new agent. That guys is almost as bad as RGIII's dad checking on his boo boos.

Merry Christmas my friend... and Merry Christmas to all!

If Pryor were smart he would give his present agent an early Christmas gift, walking papers!

Oakland vs Denver - that is a recipe for disaster. If you want to play in the NFL then you must be up to the challenge of playing the tough teams as well as the easy teams.

I thought all agents wanted to see their client play?

Just when I thought the Vikes were mired in the worst mess in the league, the Raiders pull me out of the doldrums. Thank you, Oakland!

And Merry Christmas to all!

Speaking of moronic agents who don't know when to shut up, is it me or does it seem Rosenhaus has been rather quiet lately? Maybe its because Jay-Z is pilfering his stable?

I get censored for using that word.

Hey Coach Allen, if I had your team record I would be exceptionally quiet.....

Jay-Z is rich but he's an amateur as an agent. I'd stay away from him.

Agreed. I think several players who made the switch are about to find that out.
