12:35 PM ET 01.02 | Despite a late-season collapse from the Miami Dolphins and a major distraction inside of the locker room, head coach Joe Philbin is expected to retain his job. However, team owner Stephen Ross is unhappy with the way the season played out and he could still be looking to make some changes. According to the AP report, the most likely to be fired from are offensive coordinator Mike Sherman and general manager Jeff Ireland. If Ireland were to be fired, the fan base would likely rejoice.

If a team isn't performing for years, and the owner keeps the GM then both share the blame.

It should be a double suicide with two bullets. First Ireland puts one in Ross's temple then the GM eats the second one. It may seem extreme but unless you have seen these fools operate since Ross bought the team you have no idea.

He sucks at pass blocking. Decent run blocker.

Looking at it from a perspective that ignores the bad press you'd get by having him on your team, he's a sixth lineman at best.
