07:43 AM ET 01.03 | For now, the job will fall to Brian Elliott and Jake Allen. Blues goalie Jaroslav Halak is taking a couple of days away from the team as he attempts to recover from an illness that seems to be more than a winter bug. Halak hasn't been feeling well since the Blues played in Edmonton on Dec. 21. He played two nights later in Calgary, suffering a 4-3 shootout loss, and then allowed three goals on 13 shots in the first period against Chicago last Saturday before being replaced by [Elliott]. Elliott made his third consecutive start Thursday against Los Angeles, and the Blues recalled [Allen] from their American Hockey League affiliate to be the backup. Halak, who has complained of a lack of energy recently, is undergoing further testing to help define the root of his sickness.

We DON'T. He might as well use the opportunity to find his game for the playoff run. That's all.
