08:56 AM ET 01.04 | USC wide receiver Marqise Lee announced his decision to declare for the 2014 NFL draft via Twitter Friday night: "I have decided to forego my senior season at USC and declare for the 2014 NFL Draft. I want to thank my coaches, teammates, staff and the entire Trojan Family for all of the support over the last three seasons. I am a proud Trojan and will remain a Trojan for life!"

Why was there even a question about him leaving for the NFL?
He did it all at USC, had nothing left to gain except a degree, which may not be a high priority for him.
