Many teams are cooling on University of Miami safety Kenny Phillips, and he could have a tough time getting drafted in the first round.

I want to know why he is falling. So he had a bad season this year, most of the Miami defense did. He could not be everywhere on the field, and Miami has a great track record of producing secondary players.

If a good OL is not there, I hope the Panthers grab him at #13. That is a top need in a league that throws the ball more than 50% of the time.
