05:00 PM ET 01.17 | The Anaheim Ducks have taken the ice for every game this season without defenseman Sheldon Souray in the lineup. As it turns out, Souray will never suit up this season. According to reports, the 37-year-old Souray will have season-ending wrist surgery on Friday. Souray was placed on injured reserve just before the start of the regular season in September. Souray had surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right wrist on July 25, but it would appear that he is still far from 100 percent.

No big loss, really. Nobody will notice he's absence.

Bit harsh, he was a +19 through 44 games with 17 pts. There's a number of teams who wish their D was that competent.

They've got Fowler, Vatanen, Lindholm and Beauchemin so they'll be OK...

They seem OK so far. Well, except for last night when they played the Champs.
