Don't worry AJ's mom will sort it out for him.

Cut him some slack. After being dumped by young Ms. Webb, he's still adjusting.

Way worse than the OU loss

A little strange that he chose not to play, but it's not as if there is a shortage of film on him.

3rd or 4th round pick.

Hey AJ isn't a NFL QB but neither was the former PSU QB McGloin out in Oakland and he seemed to do pretty good considering the skill level around him. You don't have to be a good QB to win a super bowl, hell you don't even have to be good to play in the league, you don't even have to throw the ball to your team half the time and still have a job. Just ask Eli Manning.

These are the types of decisions you make when you think you are the reason for your teams success.

I am totally confused by quarterbacking in the NFL. Guys that I have put the "label" on have gotten cut, flopped or never even been drafted. Then you get guys like McGloin, Hoying, Castle .... guys that couldnn't grab their a-s-s with both hands in CF ripping the League a new one on Sundays.

If I ever ever pontificate on college quarterback talent again just tell me to shut the phfuck up.

AJ didn't hurt anything. Scouts have 4 years of tape if needed and personal interviews at his "pro day". For every Bradshaw and Marino that played in the game there is a Cade McNown and Charlie Frye who won the MVP, so what does it really tell you? Nothing.

What Hoying are you referencing?

Certainly not Bobby........ ;p

Throwing to NFL quality WR's with NFL Oline blocking for you...and you happen to understand the game...makes for guys who couldn't "make it in CFB" doing great in NFL. Plus the coaching and facilities are a whole lot better, and you have a job where you don't have to split with schooling.

Makes a difference. IMO

But to the topic..what FJJ said. Shows a certain arrogance about him that, IMO, the NFL teams aren't going to particularly like. He will get drafted, but probably not as high as if he would have shown more team spirit and willingness to go the extra mile.
