Auburn recruits trying to win over top prospect

07:38 AM ET 01.27 | 'Tis the season for recruiting competition to heat up, and, again Auburn and Alabama find themselves in the hunt for the same star prospect -- which leads to some interesting behavior. A handful of commitments visited Auburn for the second time in as many weekends. Why? They wanted to bond with five-star linebacker Rashaan Evans, who is deciding between Alabama, Auburn and UCLA with less than two weeks remaining before national signing day. "It was a bit of a different feeling because I actually had players come back and spend time with me," Evans said. "They didn't do that at 'Bama. Just with that it made me feel a little bit better. The players actually care about me, so just with that it made me feel much different from previous official (visit) I had."

If he wants a better chance to play for NC and/or NFL...you are right, it's a no-brainer.

There may not be room for him in Tennessee's signing class. He'll do OK playing for one of those other schools.

I assume this as well... plus he is a legacy....

But they had a good QnA with him... His dad was a RB and a big time recruit back then... AUbie Coaches told him Pops he would come in and start...

Pops seen Bo on campus and thought he was a LB... 1st day of practice Bo is taking 1st teams snaps... Rest is history
