03:54 PM ET 01.27 | There are a lot of questions floating around about the Miami Heat, mainly about what will happen to the Big 3 this offseason. Many are fearing that LeBron James will opt-out of his deal and leave Miami, and already it seems that players may be ready to make sacrifices to ensure that doesn't happen. Dwyane Wade took a pay cut the first time around to make sure that the Heat landed LeBron James, and Chris Bosh and Ira Winderman of the Orlando Sentinel thinks it might happen again. Winderman states Wade could end up opting out of his contract at the end of the season so that he can rework his deal to afford Miami more money to either extend LeBron James or bring in players that will make him want to stay.

makes sense wade is in the 10 million per year range only due to the fact injuries and father time is getting to him. He can still play at a high level when healthy. Bosh should take a cut too

why would LBJ be seeking more Salary?? he earns 4 times his NBA salary a year in endorsement opportunities off the court..

Ego?

I respect ALL of them for taking less salary to play together.....

But now it just kinda seems a bit desperate.

At this point.....none of them should be looking to take a cut to satisfy James.

If winning is now less important than being paid more than his other team mates....then to he11 with him.

If a condition for a larger salary for LBJ is that he will cut down on flopping I am all for it.

If he does opt out to restructure his contract to keep Lebron then he would make the ultimate sacrifice. Props to Wade but I don't see it happening. Why throw away $40 million of guaranteed money? That could the last big $$$ that he'll get.

All three of them will be taking less again. Not just Wade. They want to stay and play together. See: San Antonio Spurs.

Theirs only so many vets they can sign on the cheap to fill out their roster and most haven't panned out as planned for them. It only makes sense to take less on Wade's part. It wasn't like they took a whole lot less to play together to begin with. If Bosh follows suit it'll be great for the team and it's future.

if they all take less- thats fine-
but if wade does.....
I don't know - it just feels wrong.

It's obvious he isn't worth the big bucks anymore. Even when healthy he's nowhere near as effective as he once was. Lebron is the only guy whom shouldn't be forced to take less but we all know that's not how business works. If nobody reworks their contract we can kiss the big 3 goodbye after next season.

if they don't win this year-
they will break it up regardless, IMO
the pacers can only get better as PG gets better

LBJ will have to opt out also to follow his security blanket
