07:23 AM ET 02.06 | For a football fan, this half of a foursome might set up a dream round. Peyton Manning went out for a round of golf on Wednesday alongside his primary football foil of the past decade-plus, another man who knows Super Bowl success and heartbreak: Patriots coach Bill Belichick. The Broncos quarterback, who struggled mightily in a 43-8 Super Bowl XLVIII defeat at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks, and Belichick were practicing for this weekend's Pro-Am in Pebble Beach, Calif. Manning will be paired with Scott Langley as he attempts to move past one of the most humbling defeats of his life by trading the pigskin for golf clubs. The practice round comes just two and a half weeks after Manning passed for 400 yards in a 26-16 win over Belichick's Patriots.

I'd be all for that. At least then alot of the dumb commentors would think twice about what they say.

I don't think ne before posting, let alone twice. However I would till stand behind everything I have said or will say on here, unlike a lot of the brainless dopes who post just for the sake of posting.

I'd love to have heard the conversation between Peyton and the Dark Lord.

Something like, hey Bill your drives go only 200 yds. Har, Har, Har.
