Rutgers still hasn't announced a 12th opponent to complete its schedule, according to the Big East schedules for the entire league released Monday. The Scarlet Knights face a particularly rough October with three Big East road games against league title contenders ( West Virginia, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh) and just one home game (Connecticut).
